Founded in 2015 to be the partner people call first.
A Bavarian company that sources natural raw materials, develops products around them, and engineers more value out of what the food and beverage industry already has.
Our story
PureSource Natural Solutions was founded in 2015 in Stadtbergen, just outside Augsburg. The idea was a narrow one to begin with: be the company a food or beverage producer calls when a raw material has to be sourced properly — the right variety, from a grower who can supply it again next season.
With time, the work field grew, and alongside the sourcing we started to dive into concept and product development, which inevitably led us to value engineering. We are calling it our mission to make the most of an already existing portfolio.
That is the shape of the company today. We trade, we develop, and we look for value where the industry is used to seeing cost — a side stream, a waste stream, a process step that could be doing more.

Founder & Managing Director
Andreas is a beverage technologist by training, with twenty years in the fruit and flavour industry. He’s been consistently involved in the production processes to know the importance of high-quality ingredients, and close enough to the market to identify product opportunities.
